"It (Krav Maga) has more self defence cred than any other system we know about - and we know quite a bit about the subject!" Combat Magazine
KRAV MAGA has proved to be the number one choice for people who want the best chance of protecting themselves against attack. Krav Maga has no rules, just like the real, messy, violent, situations we hope we never encounter but want to prepare for. We teach the simplest, most effective methods to defend yourself and skip the fancy unworkable techniques that look great in training but will never work outside, in the real world. KRAV MAGA (Contact combat) is not a martial art; it is purely a system of self defence. So if you want to impress your friends with fancy, complicated, impractical moves I'd like to thank you for reading this but suggest you look elsewhere. However, if you have the 'Less is More' philosophy then come along to one of the classes or you can even book a private session, or sessions. There are 3 classes a week, at various locations, details of which are on the 'Classes' page. Beginners are welcome at any time, at any venue.
'...I feel that Krav Maga would enhance our current Personal Safety programme.' An officer in Hertfordshire's Police Officer Protection Team.
' Everybody should know Krav Maga. It works.' A member of Scotland Yard's Anti-terrorist branch.

F.A.S.T. Stands for Fear, Adrenal, Stress, Training.
It consists of two aspects; FAST Defence and FAST Combatives. They are
both taught through a variety of 3-4 hour courses and aim to teach
techniques that work, for most people, most of the time. You also learn about the effects of stress and adrenaline and how to use it to your advantage.
